When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be immediately sent to your listed email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@vanessalynne.com

All orders are processed within 3-5 days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Deliveries within the USA, shipped by USPS, can be expected to arrive within 2-5 days from the date of shipment.

Expedited overnight delivery via USPS is only available on orders and email requests received before 1pm PT each weekday. An additional fee of USD $20.00 will apply.
