Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 21 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We strongly suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received.
We are only able to exchange items for a different size. Due to the minimal selection of our merchandise, we regret we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing another order. We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items we exchange will be resent to you at our own cost.
Once the items have been received they will go through a quality review process and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
